Prior to this Mr. Song has been the General Manager of Shanghai Tsinghua Creator Industry Co., Ltd.; General Manager and Legal Person of Beijing NetStar Technology Development Co., Ltd.; Deputy General Manager of Beijing Baolijin Communication Technology Company; Department Manager of Beijing LiandaComputer Company.

Mr. Song graduated from Tsinghua University and majored in Dept. of Thermal Energy Engineering.
